Holding a bachelor’s in biology from Mount St. Mary’s University and a DDS from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, William David Hill has spent the last three decades building a successful career in the real estate development industry. The former CEO of William Hill Manor and Easton Bancorp, Inc., he has overseen the development and operation of a 120-bed skilled nursing center, 44-bed assisted living facility, and numerous full-service car washes and a child-care facility. He has been involved in the construction and management of six hotels, all of which are award-winning properties, and been recognized as 1989 Small Business Person of the Year. William David Hill has also received several senator and State of Maryland governor citations for his work.

Currently, Dr. Hill divides his time between a few different business endeavors. One of his primary roles is as the president and CEO of Caulk Management Company, Inc., an Easton-based real estate acquisition, development, and management company; and Hill Hospitality, a hotel development and management company. Beyond that, he is a general partner in Idlewild Associates, a partnership that has developed an 80-acre site into a major medical community, and a board member of Hill’s Drug Store. Though his sister runs the pharmacy, which was originally founded by his grandfather, Dr. Hill has been heavily involved in its operations by serving on the Board of Directors.
